When is the ideal time to have an asset audit completed?
When it comes to capturing all of your equipment, the best and most secure way is during a time when devices won't be in use or moved around. For example: school holidays! We can also complete an audit at other times but we advise that you choose quieter days so our technicians have better visibility on what they're working with.
Do I get access to audit software?
Yes, you will have your own portal with all your equipment logged for you to see once we are finished. We will also show you how to add/remove your assets and will leave you a supply of extra labels for new pieces of equipment.
Can Benchmark keep my audit log up to date for me if?
We'll of course keep your audit up-to date for you, should the need arise and it's not something that can be handled by yourself. This could be included as part of your support contract if applicable; otherwise we would quote the extra time for you at your request.
