Returns Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website. This does not apply to software that you have unsealed.
To cancel, you can email us or write to us within 7 working days of delivery of your item, quoting your order reference number. You must take reasonable care of the item, you must not use it and you should return it with its original packaging intact.
We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service as we will not accept any responsibility for items lost in the post/non delivery.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Faulty Goods
If you discover that an item is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will then make arrangements for the return, repair and/or replacement of this item in line with the manufacturer’s warranty agreement
Damaged Goods
If an item has been damaged in transit, you must contact us within 3 working days of its receipt. Damaged items should be returned to us in the original packaging. We can then make arrangements for the return and replacement of the item and any postage costs to be reimbursed to you.
How to Return items

- Ensure that you enclose a copy of your delivery note with the item you are returning. Please state whether you would like an exchange or a refund and the reason for the return.
- You should ensure that the packaging is intact and that the security seal on software items has not been broken.

Legal Statements on Returns
Returning any item within 7 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 7 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Benchmark North Ltd will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods or an exchange credit as required. Postage will only be refunded for faulty or damaged goods or if we have sent the wrong item. You must, however, return the cancelled goods to Benchmark North Ltd in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/ offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Please enclose your name, order number and address details and reason for return inside the parcel to ensure a prompt refund. Please provide a copy of your delivery note and enclose it with the parcel.

Customers who hold a current service contract with Benchmark North Ltd receive free delivery as part of this agreement. All orders placed by customers who do not have a service contract agreement will be subject to a supplier delivery charge.
