Orders will usually be processed within 24hrs of the order being received, (except at weekends & bank holidays). Orders are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days.
If an item is out of stock you, will be informed of the nearest available delivery date or an alternative product will be offered if a long delay is anticipated.
Customers who hold a current service contract with Benchmark North Ltd receive free delivery as part of this agreement. All orders placed by customers who do not have a service contract agreement will be subject to a delivery charge.
UK nationwide deliveries will be sent out direct from the supplier and will be subject to their terms and conditions and delivery policies. UK deliveries may be subject to additional delivery charges.
We will advise you of the anticipated delivery date and any additional cost before the order is processed.
All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.
